Garment Care & Instructions
Our attendants handle each order with care — separating lights and darks, following fabric care tags, and using quality detergents. If you have items that need special attention, fragrances avoided, or particular folding preferences, please let us know at drop-off so we can note it on your ticket.
Lost or Damaged Items
While issues are rare, items with pre-existing wear, stains, or damage may not respond to normal cleaning. We recommend checking all pockets and zippers before drop-off. The Laundry Room cannot be responsible for damage caused by objects left in pockets or by undisclosed specialty fabrics, but we will always do our best to help resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.
Turnaround Times
Wash and fold hours are typically 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day, with same-day service available for orders dropped off before noon and a 20 lb minimum. During unusually busy periods, timing may vary slightly, and our team will let you know if your order requires extra time.
