Today I stopped by because I had just dropped off a friend who lives nearby. My wife was on her way to do laundry with his wife. I wasn't feeling well and asked if I could use the restroom, and another staff member kindly allowed me to do so. After that, I left to pick up my friend and his mother so I could take them to LAX. Unfortunately, the manager approached me in a very aggressive manner, accused me of being abusive, and even hit my car. She also took photos of my license plate. I manage a cleaning company, and we have five properties in this area. We were actually planning to use your laundromat to wash the sheets from those properties on a regular basis because we wanted to bring our business to you. After today's experience, however, that will no longer happen. What disappointed me the most is that several friends had recommended this place to me and told me everyone here was friendly and welcoming. Sadly, that was not the experience I had today. I hope you will look into what happened, because no customer should be treated this way.
I do not recommend this service, especially their delivery option. They charge a driving fee both ways while also requesting tips for the drivers and the service--which makes no sense. What is the driving fee for if it isn't covering the drivers? On top of that, the drivers have the audacity to refuse bringing the clothes upstairs and want to just leave them outside the apartment. Customer service doesn't pick up the phone, and the final bill is always higher than quoted. I used to use Clean Tide Cleaners (which I loved--no hidden driving fees, just optional tips), but they don't serve my new area. With the exact same amount of clothes, this place charged noticeably more. Also, read their terms and conditions carefully: they warn against sending high-quality items because they may "get lost" (steal them). Extremely disappointing experience all around.
I'm here because I have to be. I will echo some of the other reviews that talk about an out of service bathroom. Additionally, there's actually no wifi, so for anyone WFH who's trying to get stuff done ( i was enticed by this after reading a few other reviews), I was told i needed to text the owner for the wifi code (never got it). Pros: big washers / dryers, parking lot cons: lack of wifi, weird bathroom closures, expensive tbh NOTE: you'll see a $15 hold on your card that's 'supposed to go away in 3 days'
We were very happy. We were tempted to use their wash & fold but got here after noon and needed same day. Didn’t ask if they could have still accommodated us at 1:30, but it seemed slow. Tons of very nice machines. $6.50 per wash was fair and nice vending machines for the detergent and dryer sheet. Friendly staff. We were very pleased. Place is very clean.
ignore the bad reviews. i’ve been coming here for over a year now. place is clean, they take apple pay up front, have all the things you need to wash and dry. i never had to wait even on weekends for any machines to open up or have had no issues with machines. thank you staff for keeping it so tidy! thank you alexandra and letty they helped me out so much

Thanks Justin! We appreciate you being a great customer. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
The laundromat was very clean compared to others I have been at before. I went on a Sunday morning April 26, 2026 and I noticed the young lady who was working there constantly cleaning the laundry area the couple of hours I was there as she was doing an excellent job. I’ll be sure to come back here for the great service. Thanks!
